Let the end begin.

I've decide to try something. Years ago when I was and undergrad at Florida State Robert Olen Butler held an online session where viewers could watch the progress of his writing. For the most part it was a good deal of nothing, him sitting at his desk listening to classical music and talking his way through the process. But we were privy to his every keystroke and therefore his every success and mistake. This went on for many weeks but ultimately resulted in a collection of short stories. It's a novel idea, one that should say Stephen King or John Irving take up the bandwith would be swarmed. I've decided to use this space (until nawrimo comes) to try a similar excercise. Using bloggers new word compat. to upload portions of a story I've been working on. I don't expect readers, responders or reactions of any sort, but I'm hoping the comitment ordeal will keep me grounded. So here it follows in all it's funky, mistake-ridden glory...
